夜になるまで10分の日照時間があります。最優先は木材です。木を素手で叩き、最低4ブロックの原木を入手します。インベントリ（Eキー）で板材に変換し、作業台を作ります。木のツルハシ（板材3＋棒2）と木の斧を作りましょう。ツルハシで石を12ブロック採掘し、石の道具（ツルハシ、斧、剣、シャベル）を作ります。
3-6分：食料
剣で豚、牛、羊を狩ります。羊は羊毛（ベッド用）も落とします。崖や洞窟の表面で石炭（黒い斑点のある石）を探します。8ブロック採掘。樫の葉からリンゴも集めましょう。
7-8分：かまどとシェルター
かまど（丸石8個）を作り、肉を焼きます。シェルターは：松明で照らした小さな洞窟を塞ぐ、または土の家（壁3ブロック高、板材の屋根）。
松明（石炭＋棒）を作りましょう。
9-10分：夜の準備
剣、稼働中のかまど、松明のある閉じたシェルター、塞いだ入口、6-8個の調理済み食料を確保します。
最初の夜
シェルター内で：斜めに掘る（真下禁止）、シェルター拡張、ベッド作成（羊毛3＋板材3）、インベントリ整理。夜明けとともに生存達成！
